Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (165 C) and grease and flour a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

  2. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and milk.

  3. Sift dry ingredients, then add to the creamed mixture and beat on low speed until just blended.

  4. Stir in the mashed bananas.

  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped roasted peanuts.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 70 to 80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  7. Store bread covered at room temperature for up to two days, in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for longer storage.
