Peanut Butter and Jelly Fudge

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

  3. Insert a candy thermometer and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 235 F.

  4. Remove the pan from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and marshmallow cream until well-combined.

  5. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.

  6. Quickly place small spoonfuls of jam or jelly over the surface and drag a knife through to create a marbled effect.

  7. Allow the fudge to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours, then cut into pieces and serve. Store any remaining fudge in an airtight container.
