Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

  2. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even thickness.

  3. Place chicken in the dish, brush with melted butter, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. While baking, combine and stir glaze ingredients.

  5. Coat chicken with the prepared glaze and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
