Peach Flambé Dessert

Instructions

Slice peaches.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Stir in 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar.

Add peach slices and cook for 1-2 minutes until warm and slightly softened.

Flip peaches and cook for 30 seconds more.

Remove pan from heat, add rum, and swirl.

Return pan to heat and ignite the rum with a long match or lighter; let flames subside and sauce thicken.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
