Peach Cobbler With Boxed Cake Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, oil, eggs, pudding mix, and water until smooth, then pour into the prepared pan.

  3. Layer drained peaches over the batter.

  4. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of reserved peach syrup until smooth, then spread over the peaches.

  5. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, then remove from the oven and serve warm, or cool and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
