Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes into 1/3- to 1/2-inch chunks, then sprinkle with salt.

Heat olive oil in a wide, deep frying pan over medium-high heat until hot.

Carefully fry potato pieces in batches for about 10 minutes until golden, then remove and drain on paper towels.
