Pastrami Burgers
A classic pastrami burger, believed to originate in Utah, combines seasoned ground beef, melted Swiss, and savory pastrami for a hearty meal.

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Combine ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Form the mixture into 4 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Grill patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Top each patty with 1/4 of the pastrami and Swiss cheese; cook for 2 to 3 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 F and cheese melts.

Remove patties from grill.

Prepare Russian dressing by mixing mayo, ketchup, horseradish, and onion powder in a small bowl.

Serve the finished patty on a hamburger bun with shredded lettuce and a dollop of Russian dressing.
