Pastrami Burgers

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Combine ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Grill patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

  5. Top each patty with 1/4 of the pastrami and Swiss cheese; cook for 2 to 3 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 F and cheese melts.

  6. Remove patties from grill.

  7. Prepare Russian dressing by mixing mayo, ketchup, horseradish, and onion powder in a small bowl.

  8. Serve the finished patty on a hamburger bun with shredded lettuce and a dollop of Russian dressing.
