Pasta With Garlic, Lemon, Capers, and Tuna

Instructions

  1. Start boiling water for pasta.

  2. In a skillet, heat oil with 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, red chile flakes, and capers for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add wine and simmer for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in tuna and salt; sauté on low heat for 1 minute.

  5. Toss the mixture with cooked pasta, the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, parsley, lemon zest, butter, and enough reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce. Season with pepper and serve.
