Pasta Salad With Chicken and Bacon

Instructions

Start boiling 2 quarts of salted water for the pasta.

Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then drain on paper towels.

Cook pasta in boiling water until firm; drain well.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked bacon, diced chicken, red onion, tomatoes, celery, and parsley with the drained pasta; toss.

Whisk 1/2 cup mayonnaise with lemon juice and garlic powder in a small bowl.

Stir the mayonnaise dressing into the pasta salad mixture; add more mayonnaise as needed and season with salt and pepper.
