Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Bring water and oil to a boil in a saucepan, then remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.

  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together matzo meal, sugar, and salt.

  4. Slowly pour the cooled water and oil mixture into the dry ingredients while mixing.

  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each; adjust consistency with extra matzo meal if needed so dough holds shape.

  6. Wet your hands and form the dough into rolls.

  7. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
