Passover Noodle Kugel (Dairy)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon softened butter.

Cook, rinse, and drain the noodles as directed.

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

Stir in the drained noodles, then fold in any optional raisins or apples.
