Passover Noodle Kugel (Dairy)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon softened butter.

  2. Cook, rinse, and drain the noodles as directed.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.

  4. Stir in the drained noodles, then fold in any optional raisins or apples.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until set, then cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
