Passover Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 2-quart baking dish.

  2. Combine matzo farfel, milk, sour cream, cheese, melted butter, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set and golden.

  5. Optionally, sprinkle additional cheese on top during the final 5-10 minutes of baking.
