Instructions

  1. Rinse whole squid bodies and tentacles.

  2. Combine garlic and parsley in a bowl.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot, then sear squid bodies and tentacles for 1 minute, tossing to cook evenly.

  4. Transfer the seared squid to the garlic and parsley mixture and toss to coat.

  5. Season with flaky salt and serve.
