Preheat oven to 375 F.

Combine milk and salt in a shallow bowl.

Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

Pat dry thawed fish fillets. Dip fish into the milk mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Grease an 11.5 x 7.5 x 2-inch baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon softened butter.

Arrange coated fish in the greased dish without overlapping. Drizzle melted butter over fillets.
