Parmesan Crusted Baked Fish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. Combine milk and salt in a shallow bowl.

  3. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.

  4. Pat dry thawed fish fillets. Dip fish into the milk mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Grease an 11.5 x 7.5 x 2-inch baking dish with 1/2 tablespoon softened butter.

  6. Arrange coated fish in the greased dish without overlapping. Drizzle melted butter over fillets.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. Serve immediately.
