Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. Slice the baguette into 1/4-inch pieces, adjusting the angle for desired length.

  3. Arrange slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes.

  5. Remove, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then return to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

  6. Flip each slice, sprinkle with more cheese, then return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

  7. Cool slightly before serving.
