Preheat the oven to 400F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and prepare three small heat-proof bowls.

Divide parmesan cheese into two flat circles on the parchment.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.

Quickly drape one hot cheese round over a bowl, then top with another bowl to shape it.

Remove from the form and cool until crisp; repeat with the second cheese round.
