Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and prepare three small heat-proof bowls.

  3. Divide parmesan cheese into two flat circles on the parchment.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown and melted.

  5. Quickly drape one hot cheese round over a bowl, then top with another bowl to shape it.

  6. Remove from the form and cool until crisp; repeat with the second cheese round.

  7. Serve the parmesan bowls filled with your favorite dishes.
