Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and place a cast iron skillet inside.

  2. In a sealable bag, combine panko, parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.

  3. Coat drumsticks with beaten egg, then add them to the bag; seal and shake until fully coated.

  4. Remove the hot skillet, add butter, and return to the oven to melt.

  5. Swirl melted butter in the skillet, then arrange drumsticks, turning to coat them.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and cook for another 20 minutes, or until browned and an internal temperature of 165 F is reached.
