Papaya Smash Cocktail

A refreshing cocktail, the papaya smash combines fresh papaya, tequila, and Aperol for any occasion.

Instructions

  1. Muddle one slice of fresh papaya with agave nectar in a mixing glass.

  2. Add tequila, Aperol, lime juice, orange juice, and ice to the glass, then shake well.

  3. Strain the mixture over fresh ice into an old-fashioned glass.

  4. Garnish with the remaining papaya slice.
