Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  2. In a pot, combine milk, salt, vegetable oil, and butter; bring the mixture to a boil, then remove from heat.

  3. Stir tapioca flour into the hot liquid until incorporated.

  4. Mix in the eggs and cheese until well combined.

  5. Cool the dough mixture for 15 to 30 minutes.

  6. With tapioca-floured hands, shape the dough into golf-ball-sized portions and place them on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the rolls are puffed and golden. Serve warm.
