Oyster Sauce Chicken Recipe

Pat chicken thighs dry, cut in half, and season with salt and pepper. Chop onion and garlic; cut red bell peppers into 1-inch squares.

Whisk chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, and brown sugar in a small bowl until dissolved.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides, then remove and drain.

In the same pan, cook onion and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes). Stir in red pepper briefly, then add the prepared sauce.

Bring the sauce to a boil, then return chicken to the pan. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken juices run clear.
