Oven Braised Pork Shoulder with Apple Juice Recipe

Lightly grease a large covered Dutch oven or casserole.

Place onions in the pot, season pork generously, and position it on the onions; add apple juice.

Remove the roast, shred the meat, and discard bones and fat.

Strain the cooking juices, returning the solids to the pot with the shredded pork and barbecue sauce.
