Oven-Barbecued Pork Spareribs Recipe
Tender, juicy spareribs are oven-barbecued and coated in a spicy homemade sauce.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 F.

In a saucepan, heat butter, vinegar, water, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, stirring until butter melts.

Cool the sauce, then cover and refrigerate.

Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.

Cut ribs into serving portions and arrange them meaty-side up on a roasting rack.

Roast uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Brush ribs with sauce and continue roasting for 45 to 60 minutes, turning and basting several times, until cooked through.
