Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F (163 C).

  2. Strip kale leaves from tough stalks, then wash and dry them thoroughly.

  3. Toss the prepared kale leaves with all other ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread the kale in a single layer without crowding.

  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chips are crisp.
