Ostrich Steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, olive oil, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the ostrich steaks, then cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, and simultaneously remove steaks from the refrigerator to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  4. Oil the preheated grill grates well.

  5. Place steaks on the grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 150 F.

  6. Remove meat from the grill and let rest for 5 to 7 minutes.
