Ostrich Burgers

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until lightly browned, then cool.

Combine ostrich meat, the cooled onion and garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into four 1-inch thick patties.

Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

Serve on buns with your preferred hamburger toppings.
