Oreo Turkeys Recipe

Instructions

  1. Insert five candy corn pieces into the top edge of each Oreo cookie, arranging them to resemble a fan of feathers.

  2. Place half of the white frosting into a piping bag with a small hole cut at the tip.

  3. Pipe a small dot of white frosting onto the flat back of each candy eye, then press two eyes onto each cookie, positioned slightly above the center.

  4. Use a tiny amount of white frosting to secure a butterscotch chip onto the cookie beneath the eyes, forming the turkey's beak.

  5. Mix red food dye into the remaining white frosting until the desired red color is achieved.

  6. Transfer the red frosting to a separate piping bag with a small hole cut at the tip.

  7. Pipe the red frosting along the edge of the butterscotch chip and slightly below it to create the turkey's waddle.
