Oreo Cream Pie
A vegan chocolate cream pie featuring a dairy-free chocolate wafer cookie crust and a creamy soy chocolate filling.

Instructions

Prepare the dairy-free chocolate wafer cookie crust.

Beat dairy-free cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and melted dark dairy-free chocolate, beating until well combined.

Spread half of the mixture over the prepared crust.

Mix dairy-free sour cream into the remaining chocolate mixture until fluffy.

Spread this over the first chocolate layer, smoothing the top; optionally swirl in 1-2 tablespoons of melted dark dairy-free chocolate and sprinkle with crushed chocolate wafer cookies.

Chill the pie for 2 hours or until set, then serve cold or frozen.
