Oreo Balls

A simple, three-ingredient no-bake cookie crumb confection, often called chocolate sandwich cookie truffles, provides a sweet treat for any occasion.

Instructions

  1. Process 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (with filling) into fine crumbs.

  2. Add 8 ounces softened cream cheese and blend until the mixture is smooth and thick.

  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes.

  4. While chilling, melt 16 ounces vanilla candy melts or white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every minute until smooth. Add vegetable or coconut oil if thinning is required.

  5. Dip each frozen ball into the melted coating using a fork, shaking off excess, then place back onto the parchment-lined sheet.

  6. Decorate with additional crushed cookies while wet, or after the coating hardens, drizzle with melted chocolate candy melts.
