Orange-Glazed Cornish Hens

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking pan for the hens.

  2. Prepare hens by massaging gravy enhancer onto the skin (if using) and tucking wings behind their backs.

  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt orange marmalade, butter, and Worcestershire sauce for approximately 1 minute, then stir into a glaze.

  4. Fill each hen with stuffing or an orange wedge, place breast-side up in the pan, and brush with half of the prepared glaze.

  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then remove, baste with the remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 180°F.

  6. Allow hens to rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
