Orange-Garlic Chicken Breasts

Instructions

Slice chicken breasts into 1/2-inch thick cutlets and pound evenly.

Season cutlets with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; brown chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Reduce heat to medium-low, add green onions and garlic, and cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes.

Combine chicken broth, orange juice, brown sugar (optional), and hot sauce in a bowl, then pour over chicken.

Cover skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 F internal temperature.

Plate chicken, spoon pan juices over it, and garnish with parsley or cilantro.
