Instructions

  1. Prepare gelatin with boiling water, then set aside to cool.

  2. Grease a 7-inch tart pan with butter.

  3. Melt butter, then combine with graham cracker crumbs and sugar; adjust consistency if needed.

  4. Press the crumb mixture into the prepared tart pan to form an even crust; chill in the refrigerator.

  5. Whip 1 1/4 cups cream until firm.

  6. Gently fold the cooled gelatin, marmalade, and 1 tablespoon orange zest into the whipped cream until combined.

  7. Pour the mixture into the chilled crust; tap to remove air bubbles, then freeze for about 1 hour.

  8. Remove pie from freezer at least 30 minutes before serving.

  9. Before serving, whip the remaining 1/4 cup cream and garnish each slice with cream swirls, orange slices, or zest.
