Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

A quick and delicious five-ingredient orange chicken stir-fry that is easily prepared in one skillet.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the wok.

  2. Stir-fry the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes until fully cooked.

  3. Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add this mixture and thawed peas to the chicken in the skillet.

  4. Continue stir-frying for 2 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens. Stir in cashew pieces and serve immediately over hot rice or noodles.
