Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the wok.

Whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add this mixture and thawed peas to the chicken in the skillet.
