Orange and Cream Popsicles

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice and yogurt in a blender; pulse until mixed.

  2. If desired, add sugar and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.

  4. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until completely solid.

  5. To release, run warm water over the molds.
