Onion Pot Roast in Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.

  2. Place meat on an 18x12-inch sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

  3. Sprinkle dry soup mix over the meat, then tightly wrap in foil with double folds.

  4. Place wrapped meat in a roasting pan and roast for 3 hours or until very tender.

  5. Unwrap meat, transfer to a serving platter, and pour juices over it; alternatively, create a pan sauce with the juices.
