Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 3500F and grease and flour a loaf pan.

  2. Combine mashed ripe bananas, melted butter, beaten egg, flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl; mix until well combined.

  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
