Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C/Gas 6).

  2. Dry pimiento-stuffed olives thoroughly.

  3. Prepare a baking sheet (lined with parchment or ungreased).

  4. In a medium bowl, cut butter and cheese into the flour, then mix in salt.

  5. Form the dough around each olive, sealing well.

  6. Arrange cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet and chill for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
