Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 F.

  2. Grind oats into fine flour.

  3. Combine oat flour with other dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Whisk together melted butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.

  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisk until smooth, then let batter sit for 10 minutes.
