No-Yeast Focaccia Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F and grease a large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Stir in water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 1 minute.

  5. Transfer dough to the prepared baking sheet, pat into a 1/2-inch-thick rectangle, and poke indentations across the top.

  6. Brush with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

  8. Cut into squares and serve warm.
