Instructions

  1. Prepare a medium-hot charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill to medium-high.

  2. Brush the salmon's flesh side with oil, then season with salt and pepper.

  4. Close the lid and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until just cooked through, without turning.
