Instructions

  1. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Melt peanut butter and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, or in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until combined.

  3. Remove from heat, then stir in rolled oats and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.

  4. Wet hands lightly, then form 24 cookies, flatten them slightly, and arrange on the prepared sheets. Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
