No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Pie

Instructions

  1. Prepare or cool a pie crust.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and cocoa until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, salt, and vanilla; beat until smooth.

  4. In a separate medium bowl, beat 1 1/2 cups heavy cream with 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture.

  6. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled pie shell.

  7. Cover and chill for 4 to 5 hours until firm.
