Instructions

  1. Combine cream, confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract in a large bowl, then beat until stiff.

  2. Place a small amount of the whipped cream mixture on waxed paper inside a lidded container. Layer cookies and whipped cream, building stacks to desired height.

  3. Frost each stack completely with the whipped cream mixture, repeating until ingredients are used.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soften the cookies.
