Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons butter and garlic in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Once garlic sizzles, add shrimp, black pepper, and Creole seasoning; cook for 2 minutes, stirring until lightly browned.

  3. Pour in beer; cook, stirring and scraping, until reduced by half, about 1 minute.

  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice; simmer 3 to 4 minutes until sauce reduces and shrimp are cooked through.

  5. Reduce heat to low and gradually stir in remaining butter in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, creating a smooth sauce.

  6. Remove from heat, portion into bowls, and serve with crusty bread for dipping.
