Mustard-Vinegar Marinade

Instructions

  1. Combine mustard, vinegar, minced garlic, dried sage, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Whisk in oil slowly to create an emulsion.

  3. Let the marinade stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Use immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  5. Marinate pork for up to 12 hours, chicken for 4 to 8 hours, or vegetables for 30 to 60 minutes, then cook as directed.
