Muffin Cup Ham and Cheddar Quiches
Individual muffin cup quiches feature a crescent roll crust filled with eggs, ham, and cheese for an easy meal.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Spray 8 muffin cups with nonstick spray.

Unwrap crescent roll dough, slice into eight rounds, and roll each into a 4-inch circle on a floured surface.

Press dough circles into the prepared muffin cups.

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped ham, and a sprinkle of parsley to each dough-lined cup.

Whisk eggs with light cream or milk, salt, and pepper until blended.

Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons egg mixture into each cup, then top with 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons cheddar cheese; avoid overfilling.

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until filling is set and crust is golden brown.

Cool quiches for 5 minutes, then loosen sides and serve hot.
