Instructions

  2. Combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until mixed.

  3. Divide the meat mixture into 16 portions, each approximately 1.75 ounces.

  4. Enclose a piece of mozzarella cheese within each meat portion, shaping it into a ball and sealing the cheese inside.

  5. Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked.
