Moroccan Grilled Fish Kebabs: A Great Appetizer or Main Course

Instructions

  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high (400°F-475°F) and clean/oil the grates.

  2. Cut fish into 1-inch pieces and place them in a resealable bag.

  3. Combine onion, oil, lemon juice, cilantro, paprika, salt, turmeric, pepper, chili powder, and garlic in a bowl, then add to the fish bag. Seal, mix, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. Remove fish from the bag, discard marinade, and thread onto skewers.

  5. Grill kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until opaque, flaky, and an internal temperature of 145°F-150°F is reached.

  6. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
