Moroccan Chicken or Turkey Kebabs (Brochettes) Recipe
Tender, Moroccan-seasoned chicken kebabs are an easy dish, perfect for grilling or broiling and can be served on skewers or as a sandwich.

Instructions

Cut chicken into 3/4-inch cubes and pat dry.

Combine parsley, oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper, ginger, turmeric, optional saffron, and garlic in a bowl or bag.

Add chicken to the marinade, coat thoroughly, then cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Prepare a medium grill (350-375F) or preheat a broiler to high with a rack 6-8 inches from the heat.

Skewer the marinated chicken, using presoaked wooden skewers for grilling or metal skewers for broiling on a foil-lined sheet.

Grill or broil, turning often, until cooked through and nicely colored, about 7 to 9 minutes.
