Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the avocado, then discard the pit.

  2. Combine avocado, sugar, and 1 cup of milk in a blender; blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Gradually add 1-2 more cups of milk until desired thickness is reached.

  4. Add ice and blend for one minute, then taste and adjust sugar as needed.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve.
