Instructions

  1. Prepare garlic cloves and cilantro.

  2. Process garlic, cilantro, cumin, and salt into a paste using a food processor or blender.

  3. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while blending.

  4. Add water in small increments until the sauce is thick but not a paste.

  5. Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of vinegar, or more, to taste.

  6. Store any unused sauce in a tightly sealed glass jar in the refrigerator.
